We are so confident you will LOVE your new water feature that we offer all our clients a Lawn Reset Guarantee. This means that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your pond or water feature, let us know within 60 days of install. Free of charge we will return to the site, reset it, and lay fresh sod.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS…
is Will this impact the value of my home?
Not in a negative way. Upgrading your landscaping often increases your home value. Water features in the front improve curb appeal. Homes have been known to be purchased specifically because of their water features.
Are ponds and water features seasonal?
This is up to you. These water features can be designed and built to be enjoyed in the winter months as well as warm weather. And we know as Coloradoans that most of our days are spent in mild and sunshine-y weather.
What is the upkeep?
This is up to you and the design you select. There will be a skimmer (filter) that will be emptied weekly to remove leaves and debris. A yearly drain and wash is recommended but many ponds go years without this taking place. A maintenance package is available where we would take care of upkeep for you.
What price range should I expect?
Water features start at $2500. When we meet with you for your Design Consultation we can discuss your goals and budget to formulate the perfect oasis for you.
How will this impact my water usage?
Yes. But it is important to know that these water features are designed to reuse water. They do not often need to be refilled. Also, if you are replacing a grassy area with a water feature then you are reducing watering costs on grass.
Are there reoccurring costs?
Minor costs. Pumps can last 5-10 years but will eventually need to be replaced. Maintenance packages can be purchased, paid as yearly or monthly, in which we will handle any maintenance and repairs required. These are optional.
